NCTOOLBOX (Formerly NCDATASET)
A Matlab interface for accessing NetCDF and OpenDAP datasets. This toolkit uses the NetCDF-Java (v. 4.0) implementation under the hood so it should be cross-platform . This works with all the MBARI NetCDF datasets but your mileage may vary. It's now hosted on Google Code and contributions and suggestions for improvements are welcome.
