Jenny is a member of the Submarine Volcanism and Seafloor Mapping groups at MBARI, and is involved with all aspects of their research at mid-ocean ridges, seamounts, and hotspot volcanoes, and imaging the sea floor. Her primary responsibilities involve processing of AUV, ROV, and ship-collected multibeam sonar mapping data, data visualization with geographic information systems (GIS), sample handling and curation, and planning and participating in research expeditions. Her other contributions include database development and programming, video annotating, graphic design, photography, and web authoring.
