Kildow’s group will carry out a three-part effort focused on policy and economic considerations of climate change impacts on the ocean: (1) How will ocean zoning (e.g., Marine Protected Areas) and management need to change in the face of ocean acidification and climate change? (2) What are the economic consequences of these changes? (3) What communications efforts can raise awareness of the issues?
