This project coordinates the individual efforts of the various research labs and development efforts that contribute to the overall success of the institute initiative. The team proposes to tackle the problem of assessing future impacts of elevated oceanic carbon dioxide levels through a combination of field and laboratory studies and to address the associated policy, economic, and permitting issues.
