Janine reports to the CeNCOOS Program Director, Leslie Rosenfeld. Janine’s previous experience includes being a Congressional Affairs Analyst with the NOAA Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research and Visiting Scientist at the NOAA National Weather Service. She holds a Master of Public and Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Geological Oceanography and Geochemistry from the University of Michigan.
