On the trail of the elusive Distichlis, Elkhorn Slough, CA
As of March 2003, Justin Kitzes is an undergraduate in the Earth Systems Program (with a focus in ocean science) at Stanford University. His studies have taken him out of Stanford's campus in Palo Alto to Santiago de Chile for three months in addition to Monterey Bay and Hopkins Marine Station for six months. As for "what's next," Justin plans to study the intersections between environmental conservation and sustainable development (possibly as related to marine and water resources) in Latin America.
