The tetraspores occur in tetrasporangia, which occur in many places.

Below is a picture at 40x of a proliferative sori.

Not the clearest picture (below), but you can make out the tetrahedral nature of the tetraspore. Notice the three lobes of the tetraspore, one on top, two on bottom.

Botryoglossum cystocarp

This cystocarp is mature. You can see how it is bulging out of the side of the thallus, ready to burst and expel its cystospores. Notice the obvious clusters of carpospores.

Here (below) the carpospores are at 100x. I was unable to find any gametangia, unfortunately.
