Pacific Forum — 3:00 p.m.

The California Sea Grant Program (CASG) supports research, education, outreach and professional development to help California’s citizens work, play, and live more sustainably with a healthy, coastal ocean.  CASG supports diverse research programs focused on central California that present MBARI researchers with excellent collaborative opportunities as well as opportunities for new program development.  CASG also offers opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to develop professionally through diverse fellowship programs.  These research and professional opportunities will be described after a brief explanation of the CASG setting and mission.
