Package org.mbari.siam.core.nvt Description

This package contains the classes necessary to support an instrument attached to an RFC2217-compliant serial-to-ethernet converter, such as the DigiOne terminal server. RFC 2217 is an extension to Telnet (RFC 854) that supports line control, baud rates, etc. The name NVT stands for Network Virtual Terminal, and is terminology specified by the RFC 854 spec.
