Waves crash over the bow of Lone Ranger as rough weather conditions continue. Periods of sunlight between squalls gave us opportunities to observe the winds and waves from the flying deck, nearly 10 meters above the waterline.

Squalls brought showers, lightning and thunder throughout the day.

Even in rough weather we observed patches of Sargassum when the winds sustained in one direction for several hours.
