Data available on this site consist of data from CalCOFI Line 67, the Monterey Bay Time Series stations C1, M1, and M2, and the Moorings. Shipboard  Protocols and Methods.  Also available analysis for Line 67 (1997-2001), Monterey Bay Time series (3 stations) and a ten year analysis.

Line 67 data consist of data averaged by season, depth, and distance offshore.  All properties, with the exception of primary production, are found in the seasonal file. Primary production data can be found below.  Select data may be viewed as comparison graphs.  Links to the graphs are found in the field list.

Climatology

Climatology data are from the 1988-1991 Pegasus cruises along Line 67.  Data has been averaged by season where Spring represents Feb., Mar., Apr.,  Summer is May, Jun., Jul.,  Fall is Aug., Sep., Oct.  and Winter is Nov., Dec., Jan.  

SECRET

Data from these cruises represent the 1988-1991, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 seasonal averages along CalCOFI Line 67. 

Data for each year and season can be accessed from the links in this table.

Time series annual means data averaged by bin, where each bin signifies a 14 day period, as such there are 26 bins in a year.  The data have been gridded to 14 days using the Stineman interpolation.  

Data extracted are from Mar. 1989 to Oct. 2000, with the exception of M2 data which are extracted from Aug. 1992 to Oct. 2000.  Data have been extracted by property, station, and depth; data from M1 is taken from both Mooring1 and H3, see map.  

The station, property, and depth have been encoded in the link's filename, i.e. C1_CHL_GFF_0m.txt, MOORING1_TMP_150m.txt, MOORING2_SIO4_10m.txt
Figures for each property, station, and depth are available as the 'plot' link.
