Click  here for CTD data from the Scripps standard CTD (SIO CTD) casts listed by station

There are three types of files for each cast:

.hdr: header information, such as lat/lon, time. Note: A concatenated file of all of these files is available (revelle_sofex_header_sioctd_all.dat)

.btl: CTD data associated with the Rosette bottles that were fired. Note: A concatenated file of all of these files is available (revelle_sofex_bottle_sioctd_all.dat)

.asc: CTD data binned by depth (1m resolution). Note: These files don't have any header information.

Please consult the list of casts with bad oxygen and transmissometer data  to avoid using bad data
