Data were sampled and stored within the AUV's internal memory. Post-
mission, the AUV was retrieved and all binary data downloaded. Data
were translated into ASCII format. Missions are grouped into specific
tracks which may have fallen over a change in the day of the year. The
GGA sentence was used to extract latitudes, longitudes, and all other
data. When the AUV was below the surface of the water, it could not
receive a signal from the satellites. Therefore, GPS readings taken
at the beginning and end of each mission are the only accurate
measurements. Sample configuration and log files can be found within
the Day/bin directory. Please peruse the README.txt for more
information on configuration and log files.
