| Series of samples/invertebrate arrays processed by the ESP autonomously, subsurface at Station M0. A positive signal for both barnacle (blue) and mussel (red) probes was present on the 3/26/06 larval array following an increase in temperature and decrease in salinity (downwelling event). The “universal” and Cytophaga probes are positive for every sample. |
