These are some of the the technologies used by the ESP.

Core ESP

  • Real-time application of DNA probe arrays for detection of organisms and their gene products in situ.
  • The ESP uses different real-time chemistries for detection. Two that are more commonly used are are sandwich hybridization assay (SHA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA )
